Key Responsibilities

The Management Trainee Officer (HR) will be responsible for the following:

•      Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

•      Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth induction experience.

•      Support HR digitalization projects and assist in implementing HR technology tools.

•      Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

•      Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and employee files.

•      Assist senior HR leadership with day-to-day HR operations and reporting.

•      Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs.

 

Eligibility Criteria / Required Qualifications

•      BBA / MBA degree or equivalent qualification (HR Specialization preferred).

•      Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; up to 1 year of experience in the FMCG sector will be an advantage.

•      Strong understanding of recruitment processes, HR documentation, and onboarding procedures.

•      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•      Ability to perform well in a fast-paced corporate FMCG environment.

•      Must be willing to work in Peshawar.
