Imtiaz Super Store is Pakistan's leading retail chain with
hundreds of outlets across the country and a large workforce. The Manager HR
Systems role at Imtiaz Head Office Karachi is a strategic position
responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing HR information
systems (HRIS) that support the entire HR function across the organization.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between human resources and
technology ensuring smooth HR operations through effective use of digital
tools, data analytics, payroll systems, and HR automation platforms. This is a
high-impact role in one of Pakistan's most established and rapidly expanding
retail organizations.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
✔ Required
Qualification
- Bachelor's
or Master's in Human Resource Management, IT, Business Administration
or related field
- Degree
from HEC recognized university
✔ Experience
- Significant
experience in HR Systems / HRIS management
- Hands-on
experience with HR software platforms (SAP HR, Oracle HCM, or
similar)
- Background
in HR operations, payroll systems, and data management
- Retail,
FMCG, or large organization experience preferred
